Why Now?

They keep showing up—running into burning buildings, responding to violent scenes, and hearing the unthinkable. But behind the uniform, many First Responders are breaking.
Rates of depression, substance abuse, divorce, and suicide are climbing. The trauma they carry doesn’t stay on the job—it follows them home, into their relationships and into the quiet moments no one else sees.
REBOOT launched the First Responder course in 2018, and nearly 6,000 have found healing since. But the world has changed, and First Responders are facing deeper, more complex pain than ever before.
The need has outgrown the tools. It’s time to rebuild.
