REBOOT Recovery (REBOOT) is a Christian, faith-based nonprofit organization that exists to help people overcome trauma through peer-led small groups around the world. Over the past 10 years, REBOOT has served more than 50,000 people, trained thousands of volunteer leaders, and grown into one of the largest faith-based responses to trauma and suicide in the world.
The Head of Network Growth will lead the next chapter of growth for the REBOOT movement. This leader will be responsible for the growth, health, retention, and multiplication of REBOOT's global network of leaders and locations, helping expand access to trauma healing for thousands more people in the years ahead.
REBOOT has spent the last decade building a proven model, trusted brand, strong organizational infrastructure, hundreds of active locations, and a growing national platform. The Head of Network Growth will inherit that momentum and help take it to the next level by shaping the future of one of the fastest-growing faith-based movements addressing trauma and suicide in the world.
Working directly with the Executive Director and senior leadership team, this leader will oversee the people, systems, and strategies that recruit new leaders, launch new locations, strengthen existing groups, and expand REBOOT's reach into new communities. Operating at the intersection of growth, leadership development, coaching, and execution, this role will lead the team responsible for expanding the network while maintaining a high-quality experience for leaders and participants.
The Head of Network Growth will oversee the entire leader journey from first inquiry through launch, coaching, multiplication, and long-term engagement. This leader will help shape the overall experience leaders and participants have with REBOOT, ensuring the network remains healthy, effective, scalable, and aligned with the organization's mission. They will provide visibility into network performance by tracking key metrics, reporting outcomes, identifying growth opportunities, and helping guide strategic decisions related to expansion and impact.
The ideal candidate has experience leading growth, developing teams, and driving operational excellence. They have successfully built high-performing teams, created exceptional customer or member experiences, and implemented the systems, processes, and accountability needed to scale a growing organization, network, or movement. They are comfortable leading through others, using data to drive decisions, and continuously improving performance across the entire leader journey.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Network Growth Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute REBOOT's network growth strategy.

Establish annual growth targets and performance goals.

Identify opportunities for expansion into new audiences, markets, and channels.

Continuously improve systems that support scalable network growth.

Monitor and report on key growth metrics across the network.
2. Team Leadership & Accountability

Lead and develop the Network Growth team including expansion, coaching, marketing, and administrative staff.

Establish and align clear goals, expectations, and accountability systems.

Foster a culture that upholds REBOOT’s core values.

Build, develop, and retain a high-performing team capable of scaling the REBOOT network and supporting the next stage of organizational growth.
3. Leader Recruitment & Location Launches

Oversee inbound sales and expansion efforts and staff for new leaders and locations.

Partner with marketing to improve lead generation, conversion, onboarding, and overall network growth performance.

Increase the number of successful location launches annually.
4. Leader Retention & Network Health

Ensure leaders receive effective coaching, support, and communication.

Monitor location health and identify leaders or groups requiring intervention.

Improve leader retention and leader satisfaction across the network.

Develop systems and experiences that strengthen participant and leader experiences.

Create visibility into network performance through reporting and dashboards.
5. Multiplication & Expansion

Collaborate with Executive Director and the Head Coach to develop and refine pathways that help groups move from: Startup→ Established → Multiplying→ Model.

Identify leaders and locations with multiplication potential.

Coordinate coaching, support, and training efforts that accelerate multiplication.

Increase the percentage of groups successfully reproducing and expanding.

We have served over 50,000 individuals through our peer-led courses and are mobilizing the largest faith-based response to trauma and suicide ever built.
EXPLANATION OF DUTIES
The Operations and Executive Support Coordinator provides administrative, operational, customer support, and quality assurance support across the organization. This role serves as a key support to the Executive Team, primarily the Executive Director and Development Director, while also supporting internal systems, customer support needs, and has a clear view and descriptions of current data to ensure smooth day to day operations.
This position requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to move fluidly between executive support, operational coordination, customer support, and systems troubleshooting.
Because REBOOT is a growing organization, this role is intentionally flexible. Responsibilities will evolve over time based on organizational needs, priorities, and the strengths of the individual in the role.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operations and Administrative Support:

Providing timely, thoughtful customer support by responding to emails and help desk tickets.

Ensuring “follow up” tasks are completed with excellence within all technology systems including Shopify, VistaPrint, Printful, Hubspot, LeaderHub and Bubble.

Assisting customers with questions and troubleshooting issues within our platform.
-
Gathering, organizing, and clearly communicating data to support team needs.
-
Maintain and organize internal documentation, systems, and records.
-
Coordinate cross-departmental communication and follow-up.
-
Conduct ongoing quality assurance reviews of systems, workflows, and data accuracy.

Identify and help address process gaps and recommend improvements across departments.
2. Executive Support

Prepare agendas, documents, and materials for meetings and leadership discussions.

Capture meeting notes and track action items and follow-ups.

Coordinate travel and logistics as needed.

The Strategic Giving Officer will help lead the next chapter of REBOOT's financial growth. As the organization continues to expand nationally and internationally, this role will be responsible for creating new funding relationships that allow thousands more people to experience healing through REBOOT.
REBOOT has spent the last decade building a trusted brand, a growing national platform, and a proven model for transforming lives. The Strategic Giving Officer will inherit that momentum and help take it to the next level by expanding corporate partnerships, growing recurring and mid-level giving, and introducing new individuals, businesses, churches, and community partners to the mission.
Working closely with the Director of Development, this role focuses on the top of REBOOT's fundraising pipeline. Rather than primarily stewarding existing major donors, the Strategic Giving Officer creates new opportunities by building relationships, opening doors, and connecting new supporters to the mission. Success in this role creates the future pipeline of major donors, strategic partners, and sustainable revenue that fuels REBOOT's long-term growth.
The ideal candidate is highly relational, proactive, and energized by meeting new people. They have experience in fundraising, business development, sales, corporate partnerships, or relationship management and enjoy creating opportunities, opening doors, and building lasting partnerships. They are equally comfortable sitting down with a business owner, networking at a community event, introducing someone to REBOOT's mission, or following up with a prospective donor.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorships

Own the growth of REBOOT's corporate partnership program by identifying, cultivating, and securing new sponsors and business relationships.

Build and manage a pipeline of prospective corporate partners.

Develop and present sponsorship opportunities aligned with REBOOT's mission.

Cultivate long-term relationships with business leaders and community partners.

Increase corporate sponsorship revenue year over year.
2. Donor Growth & Pipeline Development

Create a healthy pipeline of future major donors by acquiring, cultivating, and growing recurring and mid-level supporters.

Acquire new recurring donors and increase recurring giving.

Develop mid-level donor relationships and increase donor lifetime value.

Build pathways that move donors toward larger gifts.

Identify and qualify prospective major donors, then transition mature relationships to the Director of Development for continued cultivation and solicitation.
3. Strategic Relationship Development
