Start a Group Calls - Agenda:

  • Ask the potential leader to share a little of their REBOOT story
    • How did you hear about REBOOT
    • Have you taken a course yet
    • Why are you interested in leading a REBOOT course
  • Ask - Tell me a little about your trauma-healing journey and the role God played in it
  • REBOOT requests for leading a group
    • At least two leaders per group
    • Co-ed group = co-ed leadership team
    • REBOOT Leaders Academy
    • In-person groups = 2 hours each week
      • Begin with food and community building time
        • As simple as cheese and crackers, fruit, or pastries/dessert - OR -
        • A full meal
        • This is important because it helps create community and a safe environment
          • We heal in community

      • Childcare available
    • Virtual groups = 1 ½ hours each week
      • Open chat room 15+ minutes early
