Leader Requirements
- Each course (in-person and virtual) should have a leadership team of at least 2, preferably 3 (leader, co-leader, outreach coordinator)
- For MR/FRR: one of the course leaders must be Veteran or First Responder
- All leaders (primary and co-leaders) must go through REBOOT Leader’s Academy training and receive a copy of the Leader’s Handbook.
- Must actively profess faith and be held to spiritual accountability
- Should have some leadership/small group leadership experience - preferred
- Has experienced healing of personal trauma
- For graduate leaders, the Expansion Team will determine whether they should begin in a co-leadership role to gain experience or are ready to step directly into leadership. When needed, Expansion Coordinators should pair new graduates with experienced primary leaders who can mentor them through a season of shadowing and development.
- All leaders will sign LeaderPass Agreement
If a leader doesn’t meet the above requirements, we recommend they join a course first.
Cost of Leading
- $299 annually for primary LeaderPass (covers Leader Handbook, RLA Manual, RLA Videos, MyREBOOT Access and ongoing coaching)
- Co-LeaderPass is free. The Co-Leader Handbook costs $35, or $55 when bundled with the Leader Handbook and RLA Manual/HWH.
- Participant materials - $25 per field guide/$22 bulk rate for 10 guides or more/$20 bulk rate for 20 guides or more (pricing is inclusive of shipping)
- Every primary leader must purchase a LeaderPass.
- If the leader has led one program, but wants to switch to a different program in their next rotation, the leader may purchase a new Leader Handbook in the store.
- If the host location wants to lead two courses at one time, only one LP is required but Leader Handbooks must be purchased for each leader in each program.
