Final Follow-Up
- Tell me about your course
- Often, at the end of a rotation, leaders can feel accomplished, but also discouraged if the course didn’t have the impact they thought it could. Can you share anything like that you might be feeling?
- Please make sure your participants complete the end of course survey in their MyREBOOT
- Did you identify anyone who could help you as part of your leadership team?
- Coach them through reaching out to potential leaders personally and connecting the potential leaders with you.
- Encourage participants to stay involved
- Make sure they know about self-paced resources in MyREBOOT
- Go through course again if desired
- Bring participants back as co-leaders in some capacity
- When will you be meeting again?
- Back out of the date to encourage them to get their next intake form in
- Ask how we can support them better?
