Follow Up Coaching Calls

To be completed by Community Coach

Once the course has started, conduct Follow-Up calls with leader. Use these calls to encourage leaders and assist them in any weak areas.

One-Week Follow-Up

  • How is the course going?
  • How many participants showed up?
  • How were the group dynamics?
  • How can I help you?
  • Pray with them

Three-Week Follow-Up

  • How is the course going?
  • Has attendance been consistent?
  • Are you seeing interactions deepen?
  • Any concerns about the group currently?
  • How can I help you?
  • Pray with them

Nine-Week Follow-Up

  • How are things going?
  • How have the dynamics of your group been?
  • What plans do you have for graduation?
  • Are there any participants in your group that would make good leaders?
  • Grad certs/shirts?
  • How do you plan to / how can we help you present next steps?
  • How can I help you?
  • Pray with them

Once the course is over, conduct Final Check-In with the leader.

Final Follow-Up

  • Tell me about your course
  • Often, at the end of a rotation, leaders can feel accomplished, but also discouraged if the course didn’t have the impact they thought it could. Can you share anything like that you might be feeling?
  • Please make sure your participants complete the end of course survey in their MyREBOOT
  • Did you identify anyone who could help you as part of your leadership team?
    • Coach them through reaching out to potential leaders personally and connecting the potential leaders with you.
  • Encourage participants to stay involved
    • Make sure they know about self-paced resources in MyREBOOT
    • Go through course again if desired
    • Bring participants back as co-leaders in some capacity
  • When will you be meeting again?
    • Back out of the date to encourage them to get their next intake form in
  • Ask how we can support them better?
