Add or Removing a Participant or Coleader

• Have participant register through the join page 
• As a rule of thumb, we'll follow the standard process as closely and whenever possible. 

Removing a participant:

• Even if a participant drops off, we'll leave them on the roster. This will give the leader a chance to reach back out to that participant to see if there's an interest in joining the next round

Adding a leader 

• Leaders will need to be added through LeaderHub by the primary leader
• The invite can be resent from the leader portal or by sending the leader straight to the account creation link if they haven't logged in yet or the login link if they have already created an account. 
  
  

Removing a Leader

• Old co leaders don't need to be removed from the LeaderHub account 
• If leader is insistent, submit a ticket to tech team
