Counseling & Chaplain Care
CHRISTIAN COUNSELING & CHAPLAIN CARE REIMBURSEMENT
REBOOT Recovery supports the spiritual, emotional, and relational well-being of our team. To align with our core value of Faith, full-time employees are eligible for reimbursement for Christian counseling or chaplain care.
Benefit Overview
- Eligible employees may receive reimbursement for up to six (6) sessions per calendar year, at up to $150 per session, with a maximum annual reimbursement of $900.
- Approved providers include AACC-credentialed Christian counselors, licensed Christian mental health providers, credentialed chaplains, or other faith-aligned providers approved by HR. Employees are responsible for selecting their own provider.
Reimbursement Process
To request reimbursement, employees must email hr@rebootrecovery.com with a dated receipt showing the provider name, session date, amount paid, and proof of payment. No clinical information or counseling details should ever be submitted.
Confidentiality
All reimbursement information is handled confidentially by HR. REBOOT does not request or retain any personal health or counseling records.
Additional Information
- Sessions must occur within the calendar year.
- Missed appointment or late cancellation fees are not reimbursable.
- This benefit is voluntary and may be adjusted or discontinued at REBOOT’s discretion.
- Reimbursements may be considered taxable income; employees should consult a tax advisor if needed.
